    do you have an ome lift to install? are you just trying to get the coils onto the shocks? i used a damn old ass compressor, shady but it worked. do you have new leafs also or are you going with an aal or block?

    Yes not technically a reason it would be safer but at least theres something between you and something with that much force where as even the wall mounted compressors are open..

    my first mod is probably taking those running boards off. lift and tires next.

    Looks like I might have a project for the Eastern North Carolina band of tw sooner than I thought. Will know in a couple of days if the Icon extended travels, uca's and aal are headed to my door. Going to try to make a weekend out of it when the wife and kids are gone. Will let you know soon.

    Truck is going to look silly with these 245's and a 3 inch lift but not for too long! I'm up for a mod day, i'll bring my sad assortment of tools.
