So I picked up a set of new 285s at a Goodyear shop in Charlotte for 800 out the door price. Not a bad deal. Plus my wife wanted to go to ikea to pickup some furnitures there. Win win!

Interesting. As far as I could see, the entrance for the trails that we took were public dirt roads. There were buildings or homes near the end of both sides. There weren't any posted signs or barriers that we bypassed.
Now that also means, unregistered vehicles, including ATV's, buggies and trail rigs could not be legally used on the trail and will be ticketed. We heard about rangers on the trail enforcing that last year.

Yea I don't really know all of the specifics. I was afraid to dig any deeper since I have to maintain a good relationship with her for work.

I honestly think that it's just one of those laws that just isn't enforced by the rangers. Honestly I've run into rangers on the trail when I was still guiding that had no clue about some of our work permit regulations. I asked him why a few of them were in place under our permit requirements and typically their response what "hell I didn't know y'all had to do that" haha

So I'm not sure where it stands honestly. I just thought it was good info to pass on that was first hand and not hearsay

I will work on my build thread when I manage to get out of the doghouse for turning a most of the day even into a 12 hour fun fest. ps Fuck you very much MR. passenger side UCA bolt, I beat you, you loose. ( I will explain this once I have a little more time to get into it but if you ever put UCA's on you truck you will want to read it.)
