Got an alignment this morning, at first she still pulled to the right so I went back and they swapped the two front tires.

Now that they swapped the two front tires, my steering wheel shakes much worse than it did before they did it. My guess is because the tread is a little different on the two front tires, but not a drastic amount.

Going today after work to have the tires rebalanced and see if that fixes it.

If not I think i'm going to take them to be road forced balanced - never had this type done, people say it's been the cure to their steering wheel vibes.

Toyota requires a special tool to balance tires if they don't have the tool you get an off balance tire. That's what I'm dealing with now.

With the tire balancing? How much did they charge you?
I'm going to take it back to walmart after work today and get a free balancing, and if that doesn't fix it i'm going to somewhere else

I've read that, it seems the go-to is road-forced balancing for fixing the vibes.

Going to have them road forced balanced after work today.
Should I have them swap back the two fronts that have the different tread back to the side they were on before the worse vibes came?
Or should the balance just take care of that how they are now?

If they balance all 4 the computer will tell them where to place them it sounds crazy but it works only way i will have my tires done since i first had it done

Your vibes could very easily just be coming from the tread on the tires. I know that's where my vibes come from haha

I've never had a problem doin it like that. It's called static balancing. That's how we balance all our tires on the farm. I even balanced Ferns tires with it cause thats what treadwright tires require
