I found it easier to jam a breaker bar int my coilover and turn it in order to get the holes to line up correctly... I wouldn't recommend it on new coilovers but I don't care :D

IF my big ass couldn't move it without deforming the hole the spanner goes in no one could :) Going to try the wd40 this weekend and if that's a no go i'm going to have to go back to looking for a coil compressor online.

Crazy yes... idiot no. Trying to get it done the right way the first time. The spacing on the holes in the top cap don't leave much room to work with our rese's in the way either.

I was joking, somebody posted pics somewhere a while back after a SHOP used a pipe wrench to adjust the collars. but seriously you would be an idiot to use a pipe wrench.

If need be, take the coilovers off, take them to a shop and show them what needs to be done. It makes no damn sense to say they are not qualified to mess with them,

A while back, somebody posted pics after an offroad shop adjusted some King coilovers. They used a pipe wrench and DESTROYED the collars. If a shop says they aren't qualified, they're probably right

21-25k . The milage is what drives the cost. I can get 23 for my 2010 because I only have 53k miles on it.

I guess this is a very broad question b/c I know it depends on what you do with your truck, but was wondering what everyones opinion was on having 4x4 in NC? How necessary is it since we don't get all that much snow, maybe a decent amount once or twice a year. All three of my previous trucks were 4WD but with me thinking of selling my 2nd gen and getting a 1st gen if I can find one decent has me thinking. What I mainly do with my truck is its a daily driver and anytime I go "off road" is during hunting season and even then its not too crazy. I've never had to put it in 4wd from getting stuck. In the snow I may use it, I guess I've always looked at it as its good to have if you ever need it. Whats yalls take on it?

I will never not own a 4wd truck now. May never use it but for that just in case moment you will have it.

Edit: if you're going 1st gen if get a rperunner and immediately so a 4wd swap ;)

After all the water levels here in NE AR subsided the fishing up here was great. Unfortunately the White River is still too cloudy and too high.. But good way to wrap up a fishing trip Snagged about 25 decent size rainbows this evening.

Hey guys. Got new wheels and tires mounted. I have the following for sale- 5 matte black Konig Countersteer Offroads in 16" and 5 Fierce Attitude Mud Terrains in 285/75/16. All wheels are in great condition. 2 tires are almost new and the other 3 have about 30% tread left. Not posting for sale yet as I need to clean them up and take pictures. If anybody local wants them, here's your chance. I'm asking $750 obo for the wheels and $300 obo for the tires. The wheels retail for $750 for 4- buy 4 get 1 free:D. Tires retail for around $200 per. OBO is the key word here.
