I'm telling you guys, go with the magnet! So when I'm carrying IWB I can carry extra mags on it and when my xd is there I can have an extra mag in the door. Love it.

If it were me, and it's not , but if it were. I would try to 'stock' it down a little. Mainly the bumper and possibly the softopper. Make you a little pocket money and it opens your market up quite a bit. The mud tires might sway some people, if so sell them and put you some all terrains on there and maybe open it up even more. When people see those types of accessories, some assume that it has been ragged out or 4 wheeled hard. Just my opinion, obviously. It is a good looking truck. After looking at nada, 19-20 is a good range.

Yea I've thought about it. I have all the stock parts minus the bumper. So likely in the next couple months I'll part it out.. I think if I go back to stock I'll just trade it in.

    Thanks for the feedback dude.

Magnet does sound like a pretty good idea haha but I don't think I'd feel safe having it stuck to a magnet no matter what hahaha. Where'd you get yours from ? Is it one of those crazy earth magnets

Got it off Amazon. It's capable of holding a loaded shotgun (and does, I tried lol). Works great.

Found it hard to trust those magnets myself, I saw a post the other day on the facebook version of Tacomaworld a guy had his holster inside the console, was one of the cleanest set ups I've ever seen but I didn't like having to open the console reach in and pull the gun out. I just have my Glock 27 in a holster on the inside of the door drivers side so I can reach down and get it transfer hands and chamber a round without someone from outside being able to see what I'm doing. Taking the kids to various things around town however especially a college campus for my girls swim practice and taking her to school in the mornings in Nazi like gun free zones presents a problem. One of the main reasons I don't have my CC permit so I can just claim ignorance to avoid real issues. Glock 27 would fit in the back pocket of most of my shorts or jeans and look like a wallet just wouldn't want to sit on it.

Whoever had the truck before me probably had never washed the roof in his life and it was peeling, rusty and gross. Felt like getting a fresh start so I had it repainted so I can take care of it rather than working against this guy's neglect.

Heading up to High Rock Lake for my cousin's birthday. Gonna bust out the boat and lay back with a rod in the water fishing for some catfish.

Nice! Sounds fun. I think I'm fishing on Friday, just don't know where yet. Possibly Jordan Lake.
