Just lurking, not an owner yet, but considering a 2015, maybe even a 2016.

It all depends on final price. Doesn't seem to offer all that much more for nearly $40k fully optioned. We're both off Friday so we are going to look at a few options to get the ball rolling.

The options do matter to us. I'm coming from my last 4 cars being fully optioned. Hell, my 97 Tahoe had full leather and electric. Will we die without it? No, just saying I'm going to check the 15 and 16 and compare and see of we can live with what is offered.

Thanks, as soon as we can sit in one and drive it we will order it. Unless the price doesn't budge and then we'll go with a Tundra. But it will not be a 15 Tacoma.

Seems like I am starting to see $37k for the optioned trucks. Not quite sure the truck is worth $37k.

full electric seats is still bothering me.

We wanted dual climate, that is important to use on long trips. We want leather and heat options, but I can upgrade that myself, not a big deal. There are other things we have been debating, considering and debating on what we can sacrifice.

Overall we like the Tacoma over the GM trucks. I'm a GM guy, this will be my first non GM truck. I've owned two full size trucks and one tahoe, a Trans and, and now a G8 GT.

The Tacoma looks the best by far! But that's subjective.

How are you guys liking the trucks once lifted? They still drive fine or feel gutless?

I'd assume a 33" of some sort. All-terrain, on a 3" lift minimum. I'm less concerned with ride quality as I will be doing a coilover setup. More on how the motor and trans react
