Could just be a lazy seller, or something could have come up unexpectedly in their life, or it could even be sold already and just not taken down......

Would be higher value to part out...I know ppl are still looking for mechanicals, and the interior bits that aren't made any longer.

I live in the same county as that 4Runner...If I was a betting man I'd wager that truck has spent more time on the beach than Paris Hilton and the frame probably reflects that. Either that or it was a hauler and towed it's entire life.

I also noticed that car doesn't have a valid registration sticker on it...he might not be the original owner and is just flipping it also.

I was going to but I'm actually really happy with the performance of the 35s. They're quieter (slightly lol) and I'm gonna stash the money from the 33s for when it's time to re-up. Depending on how happy I am with these off road I might go patagonia again, I'd also be willing to try geolandars, we'll see

Probably not. But I could be wrong. I would think the weld on wouldn't aim for the same spots as the bolt on. The bolt in ones need bolts, the weld on ones need to avoid the bolts.
