Could one convert them, absolutely but they need a mounting plate that aims for said holes.
So you need to fabricate the plates and weld them to the sliders.

Asking the question would say you're going to have to pay for someone to convert them. By the time all the work is done I would just have them burned in or buy bolt on

 

I looked at the post again the part that goes from the slider to the frame is not welded on
could just make new support part and make for bolt on

 

i do have a feeling these would be sitting next to the air bags I bought and never put on. and now not needed grrr
