    nice. yeah I'm not going to stop investing in real estate. I love everything about it, especially the transformation these houses go thru. when I bought that one I linked to, it had bullet holes in the front door!!

    be on the lookout for new flips and new construction from me. I am planning to ramp this game up considerably in the next one to two years.

    Thanks Craig! I'd love the opportunity to do a whole block at once. For now it's one at a time. Luckily, during this build, I met a father son investing team out of Brooklyn NY. They want to partner up with me in the Philly market. With their deep pockets and my rehab and new construction skills, I'm hoping to greatly improve my presence in these up and coming areas.

    I don't think I'd need those kinds of services. I'm doing single family residential at the moment. I just hire out the plumbing and mechanical. I do the electric myself. What size projects do you usually work on?

    It varies depending on what the client needs us to do. But I have 3 different building on frankford ave in design/ construction that are around 70 total units.

    We also do commercial and industrial.

    We did the city fitness building on frankford ave.

    We don't typically do single family homes unless they are larger.

    That's kind of what I figured. I've wired homes around 3500SF with my dad. About 100 houses in this north jersey development. I doubt I'll build anything larger than that in Philly! I want to get into bigger things in the future though and I'll keep you in mind!

    My realtor lives there. On Eyre right off Frankford. I live at 20th and South in graduate hospital. To answer your question, yes and no. I was in old Kensington today checking out a potential rehab.
