    My main concern right now is to find bolts to secure it to the truck itself since it didn't come with those. It only came with the ones that secure the brackets to the bar.

    When you finally find them, it's in the white building to the left. No clear front door. Not cheap, but those they may just add on to a job they're already doing so maybe.

    I’ve been killing it with my cheap $25 porter cable (is that the right brand) angle grinder from lowes.

    Like rob said, don’t over think it. Sounds like it just needs to be painted? Wire wheel it, run it w alcohol / paint thinner and paint it up

    Go to a hardware store and get stainless steel. My local Do It Best hardware store has a very good selection of loose fasteners. Even chrome plated.
