Waiting for the wife to reply... she teaches kindergarten, due to budget cuts this year she lost her aide, so she has almost 20 kids that she watches by herself, so responding to texts has been slow this year.

@Cativelense The seller said someone is coming to look at it between 1-2, so if he doesn't get it you'll need to act fast. I can go rent a trailer from home depot and get it to my house, and we can figure it out from there.
