    Just a simple H pattern. 1/5, 2/6, 3/7, 4/8.

    So. Start out with the black lever in front down. 1,2,3,4 flip black lever up, go back to 1/5 position and do it again, 5,6,7,8.

    There is also a Low position to the left and back. Only used when really heavy to just start to get the truck moving.

    The blue lever on the side switches from low range to direct. I use low range in reverse backing into driveways and such.
