LOL that's risky now. You're libel to have a 10 day if you do that.

BUT, if its company policy and not your fault...

we’ve been working 4 10’s since COVID so I’m off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday’s are pretty quiet till late afternoon when the weekend crowds begin to show up!

Got out last night at Mountain Creek in NJ for some nighttime pow. Super wind blown but amazing. Kudos to anyone who is going out today!

Got out today at Gore. It was empty! I was hoping for a little more snow but the trees were great all over the mountain. We need a foot for things to really get good

Got to Oak in Speculator last Sunday, great conditions, 8” of fresh on the fringes. Did some BC recon Wednesday and planning a day in the ADK BC Sat, planning on Royal Sunday. Avoiding the bigger areas this year, especially since the road to Gore seems to be about 75% out of state tags.
    We always have Ski Venture.

Anyone know of any deals going on for Super Bowl Sunday? Wildcat/Attitash used to offer one hell of a good deal but I don't think they are doing it this year.

That is my favorite day to ski, the mountains are EMPTY!

    Football... Whatever...

Sunrise was nice at Whiteface this morning. Conditions are pretty good, and it's snowing now. I think we're only supposed to get about an inch today though.

They are both owned by Vail resorts now. Vail doesn't know of the word deal.

Having been a ski bum all over the country and ripped some gnarly terrain I would never have expected to reck so hard in NJ, but that’s the way she goes. Kept skiing for two more runs, we don’t get that kind of powder often.

the orthopedist says it’s called and no joke, “skiers thumb”...look it up. Torn ulnar collateral ligament in the thumb.
First diagnosis in the ER was broken bones... not sure which is worse

Why does 28 degrees seem warm now. I’m in my spot drinking my coffee. Who else has their rituals?
