Long shot here, if this can be forwarded to a Tundra forum it would be awesome.... Saw a sweet greyish blue tundra with big fiberglass fenders. Saw it on 206 in Hillsborough by IHOP. Caught you staring at my truck;)

Spotted a black 01-04 double cab with a minor lift by RT4 in Teaneck NJ. It was running the stock wheels painted gunmetal and some ~32" Cooper S/T's.

Let us know how your trucks are when they come back. I'm not sure if I want to go through with it, or trade up to a 3rd gen.

They wanted to set an appt to spray mine. A guy I know had his tundra done 3 yrs ago has a hole in his frame this year. Failed inspection but Toyota patched it and re warnteed it for him. Anyway spotted this at the dealers Colorado plates says Hilux on the side.

Well while I was there for my free oil change, I asked my service advisor (I go to the same person always, can't stand the other people there) about the frames and she said the main reason it is taking so long is I guess they replace a wiring harness with the frame and whoever makes them is behind on them. My truck should be going in within the next month is my guess.

A friend of mine was told and he told me that they would install anything I purchased that touches the frame. I called the dealer today and was told the same thing. They are using new bolt on hardware, also replacing brake lines. I might upgrade to braided lines. I am not sure what else I would change out.

Yea they will at no or minimal labor charge. I have Dakars, ext travel icons, SOS concepts shackle flip and ext length brake lines waiting for mine, but I'm going to do that myself. Truck is going to look goofy going in thats for sure
