so mod day the weekend before or no???

 

I'm already busy that Saturday afternoon maybe a meet Sunday

 

Trying to figure out what trails to hit. There's a lot of trails to the West of Helen which includes: Trey (camping/trail), Flatlands, Nimblewill Gap, Sheeps Wallow, Hawk Mtn (camping mainly), Amicolola Falls.

To the East: Trey, Charlies Creek, Bell Mountain, Dicks Creek

Basically have to pick between that or it's gonna be like 2 hours in between trails

 

What time y'all wanting to meet here?

 

Camping at Trey most likely. I'll be leaving from the outskirts of ATL at 4:30ish on that Friday. It's about 2 hours away. People can meet us at the campsite Saturday morning, but be advised we probably won't have cell service so

Here's one route we could do. But we'd have to camp at Hawk Mountain Friday night/meet up on Saturday morning. Finish at Charlies on Sunday. Or swap Charlies for Bell

Or we camp at Trey Friday and finish up at Nimblewill Gap.

Of course open to other ideas

 

Wish I could make the trip!

 

I will be watching this . I'd love to go but schedule may not work for me. I might be last minute. I was also going to try to take my son up to WV to go skiing that weekend, since my plans to go to VT crashed and burned.

 

hmmm... wouldn't leave much time until dark for me, I usher at church on the 14th.... but I could make it... I am getting a lowering kit, and headers... need help on both.

May have to plan one a few months in advance, this was going to be just a few trucks but now some SC guys may make it down

 

well my buddy Jeff will probably do it... he runs the jiffy lubes near the school (hes a district manager)

I have no problem as long as they're reasonably well behaved (as in don't attack people/other dogs) and won't run off. I say bring em
