Well the 4Runner is still starting and purring like a dream. So... moving on to parts. I need to schedule a day trip to Weatherford.

Will do! I might be good for Bridgeport also; I just have to knock out that weeks school work early.

How long do you think it would take to put on the longer shackles?

Did it all the time growing up. You just need the right hose with the connectors so you can connect them together. Open the low pressure tank first, then the high pressure. They will equal out and once the transfer stops you shut off both tanks.

If you're filling a small tank from a much much larger tank you have to be careful and not to overfill it. This is best done with the tank on a scale so you can fill it to the correct full weight.

I'm taking from an 8 galling o either another 8 gallon or a 10 gallon.
Where can I get one of these hoses? And once the tanks equalize out. It what's left, lost?

    The tanks should be fine.

The hose you should be able to get at a Tractor Supply or you can just buy the ends and build your own hose. Pretty simple thing to do considering what you have done with your truck.

This guy gets a little more complicated with it then we did; but he covers it pretty easily. Link

Hmm. I'll see what I can do.

I have a full 8 gallon, that has a leak in the I'll part. If the tanks off, it's good. Once you turn the valve on, you get a lot of leakage.

Any changes in anyone's plans? Anybody needing to back out?

Don't forget to bring a chair to sit on at lunch. I'll have one folding table for holding the food/plates.

Yesterday I got invited to head up to Disney, Oklahoma to do some off roading on October 15th. I have been wanting to go to this park for a while, and was looking for the right time to go. This park, looks like an awesome park.

But because I like you guys, I turned it down. :)

I figure I need to work out some of the bugs in the truck before i go play with the big boys anyway.

I am really looking forward to Tolar, and getting back out on the trails.

I do plan on wheeling more than not. Of course, stopping for lunch and a few breaks. But I'd like to get as much wheeling in as possible. I plan on coming with 2 full tanks of fuel. I know I won't need them, but you never know.

So with that, let's get this trip here all ready!

Also, I know we have a couple weeks left. But what time is everyone planning on being there? I was thinking between 9 and 10.

Appreciate you passing up the great opporunity to come wheel with us in Tolar; it should be worth it though. Figure I'll head to lunch early to get the food going so everyone that wants to can make a quick lunch of it. I plan on being on the trails as much as possible also; but I figure since this place right down the road from me I'll play "host" this time.

According to their website they open up at 8:30am and I plan on being there then. Not going to be hard since I live 20 mins away. :D
