    The bumper is in Tunkhannock PA. If someone could get it to Harrisburg (originally said between Harrisburg and Philly, but that wouldn't be ideal), I would be grateful, and I would meet them there.

    I also live relatively close to Springfield, VA, so if someone is able to do this and I head up that way, we could meet up and I could take your liquor.
