@Subway4X4 do you think you could meet up with @TwistedTLM4 to get my work light moved a bit further north?
If that's a bit of a drive, we can try to find someone else in the middle.
Since I'm not sure where @diabetiktaco is in NJ, maybe you can steal the awning from him at the same time?

Ok boys & girls, time to light the Express Machine Engine. Please forgive me if I include you by mistake, or get a location or name incorrect.

Here is what I'm trying to do (if you want to help feel free to cime in).

1) Get the Softopper I sold to @Bastek in Staten Island to him.
2) Get the tires/wheels I bought off of @Unchained 5150 in Auburn, Ma closer to me.
3) Get the fender flares that @Superman910 in Virgina has up north closer to their destination.
4) Get the storage container from @NYCTaco52 in Brooklyn to @Jessee26 in Virginia.
5) Swing by and snag the awning from @diabetiktaco to move it farther north as well.

1a) I have the Softopper all packaged up and ready to go.
2a) @Unchained 5150 said he "should" be able to hand the tires/wheels off this Saturday, sometime in the afternoon. Emphasis on "Should".
3a) If @Superman910 can coordinate with @Jessee26 and get the flares to him, then to me that would be excellent.
4a) Once I have the container I will get it to @Jessee26 .
5a) I can meet @diabetiktaco in Delaware on my way to Philly.

Now, since @Bastek is vested in this I am thinking/hoping he would be willing to transport the tire/wheels and the container to Philly where I would meet him for the pickup/handoff of everything. I am willing to go all the way to Auburn if I have to but hope I can get away with just going to Philly. Again, if I am missing people that want to be involved, please chime in.

The first thing that needs to happen though -
2c) Getting the tires/wheels moving south. @Unchained 5150 needs to go to @crashngiggles so that could be a route. This would be followed up by handing them off to @DrFunker? He would then take them south to to hand the tires/wheels off to @TacomaDaveB ????? From there they can possibly go to @Cativelense , then to @Subway4X4 . Once there I'm hoping @Bastek can go grab them and then when he can, meet me in Philly. The fender flares and awning can go back up the same way.

Does this sound like I have the people and the routes correct? I suppose if I do, the next thing would be to see when people are available. I have no idea how far away each of you are from each other so I can't determine if a route is absurd or not either.

Like I said, I'm willing to make the entire drive to pick up my tires/wheels if this is just too much.

 

Yinz need an interactive map with routes.

all tires and wheels were just dropped off at my installer so I should be able to get all installed on Saturday morning and hopefully deliver tires Saturday or Sunday out to Rich

 

I briefly looked at trip planner apps earlier. It's definitely possible one exists for what we do here. It needs to be interactive so people can enter their personal info to enable tracking, and communications.

That way you could see how close a person is to the destination which would help.

 

I thought so. I think he is just waiting to make sure we can move it to him. Since you and Seb are close I figured you could get it to him and him to me.

 

Yeah, if my calculations are correct. He's like 20-25mins from me. Shouldnt be a problem.

@RobP62 I also have the Dewalt light for @CttAznRanger that needs to head North. I can meet @Bastek on his way down from NY and transfer stuff to you at Cabelas. Perhaps?

 

I knew I forget something in my post. Yes, the light can go North as well. It might almost be better and save time if all three of us meet in Philly. I give him his Softopper, and the fender flares, you give him the light, he gives me the tires/wheels, and the storage container.

If we could talk @diabetiktaco to meet us there too then he could give Seb the awning.

 

I'm like 100+ miles from Delaware. I can drop off the awning to @Bastek this weekend if that works?

 

So who in the TW Express is closer to Auburn @crashngiggles or @skieerichy
