I propose that the Northern Alliance put together a mission statement and/or manifesto, by which we state our purpose and goals. Nothing too serious, but something that shows all comers (and all other alliances, real or imagined) what we're about.

I'd be happy to do the leg work (i.e., be a secretary). Let me know.

The Northern Alliance is a group of like-minded Toyota Tacoma owners, aligned to promote the preservation and operation of Tacomas, old and new alike, and to further promote the fellowship and camaraderie of Tacoma owners and enthusiasts through candid discussion of all topics Tacoma on the TacomaWorld.com website.

The Northern Alliance shall endeavor by its actions and deeds to promote a favorable relationship among its members and non-Northern Alliance members, with the exception of Carolina Alliance members. The aforementioned exception of Carolina Alliance members is made in recognition of such members’ continued harassment of Northern Alliancemembers, and such alliance’s repeated attempts to engage Northern Alliance members in a race-to-the-bottom exchange of electronic posts. Further, the Northern Alliance shall pursue the dissolution of the Carolina Alliance by any and all means available.
