I hear ya. My parents are always asking me why I cant keep anything stock. I just tell them because stock is overrated. only had my new mazda 3 for a week and I was blacking out the emblems, putting a roof rack on it, getting ready to tint it hopefully.

bones stock just does not feel complete to me.

So im kind of pissed. My ex girlfriend works at Kerry Toyota down in Cincy. Had her run the Vin on the truck, just to see if any previous work was done at dealerships.

Says that the rear TSB was done on the truck. Stating, replaced shocks, leaf assembly and alignment. So Im like, hell yea.

Go out to truck, just to make sure. It has the yellow/blue shocks. BUT still only has 3 leaf springs, WTF... even after it states they replaced the leaf assembly.

I would be taking it to the stealer and telling them you want it done... if they say its been done, be like then why is there only 3 leaf springs?

Was done from the previous owner. But its at 39k. It was done at 20,784 miles.
But I still have the warranty crap, so it may still be covered.

I work at a small garage now. Ill get my service writer to call my local toyota, and see what kind of strings he can pull.

This could turn out to be a big meet! It sounds like I have some work to do to get the place ready. Hopefully I can finishing up some of the trails in the next couple of weeks as long as its not to cold.

that's not bad at all. only 15 more minutes and a third of the drive would be on country roads.

I would definitely go in the pond. just the way the world works with me. it wouldn't stop me though...i would still go sledding.

I am pretty jealous...I almost kept it for myself :spy:
Ben can't use .40 cal because he broke his arms several times, and the recoil makes him have to wear wrist braces...:(. So I went with a 9mm

That is a bummer! The 9mm is a nice round though. You should have bought 2 of them!
