    Love it!

I'll probably clean it, might spray it down with some line-x or something and going to spurce up the bolts a little with some anti-seize.

Finally got my clutch installed yesterday, I wound up taking it to my friends shop and they got it done in no time at all. The tech who did the work commented on how tight everything in the drivetrain seemed, pretty good for 172k!

I have a decent truck and now I can actually wheel it! <insert evil laughter/>

Man, I totally want your LH (d/s) headlight.

I boogered mine up a tad and want another one to do instead of dealing with the goo that I sealed mine with, it's nasty, it works though.

Neil, what year is your mom's Camry?

We're gonna try and find Rachael another vehicle. Carmax said they'd give us 3K for our piece of shit, out of warranty, tranny going bad (unknown to car-max), pain in the ass to get parts for Suzuki Reno.

She wants a Honda. When I got my truck, I wanted nothing but a Tacoma, nothing but. So I can understand her wants on the Honda. Gonna look at a few this morning...in the rain...

Did find a 05 Camry though, 56-57,000 for 12K. A bit more than the honda's I'll look at but thats a damn good mileage and price. What kind of miles are on your mom's, hows the reliability, nothing major? I'm getting leary on the Water pump issues after mine was leaking and talking to a kid in my class who used to work at Toyota.

Congrats, I'm sure your have fun with it!

Moms Camry is an 03 4cyl XLE. She has over 180k on it. The only problem she had with it was a relay in the HVAC system went bad not engaging the compressor. Other than that she hasn't had a single problem. She is very easy on her cars and has always done the recommended maintaince. Even driving her car you would never know it has that many miles. She drives a lot and averages 31 mpg (all HWY). This is my families third Camry. My sisters 96 had over 250k and still ran great when she wrecked it. I would highly recommend a Camry over a Honda any day. The Hondas seem to have transmission problems in the autos. GL w/ finding a car.

Not sure what you are looking to spend but the 03-06ish? Accords 4cyl are bullet proof and easy to take care of. No timming belt to service. My wifes has 140,000 on hers and we still get about 32-34 on the hwy. My buddy that is an outside sales rep has 350,000 on his 03 lx 4cyl with no issues at all.

We have always had good luck with Toyota's and Honda's have been so so... My 95 Accords transmission went out at 100k and my sisters 2000 Accord's transmission was slipping so she traded it in. Maybe we have just been really luck but none of our Toyota have ever had any problems.

    How is your new Toy???
