Sold the 9 tonight. I am so relieved to be free of that piece of crap! If anyone ever looks for a gun do not buy a Taurus. I had to send it back to Taurus 2 times because the gun basically fell apart in my hands when I was shooting. Got what I wanted for it and never looked back.

    Hey folks.

Haven't posted in a while, been very busy traveling for work and hunting. I would be very interested in a meet, haven't been to one yet and would love to depending on my travel schedule.

Leaving tomorrow morning for Athens, GA for a hog hunt (first time). Very excited. Will also be doing a little bit of wheeling while I'm down there as well.

For the hunt, taking my S&W MP15 MOE, a Remington 03A3 30-06 and a Thompson Encore pistol with a 445 super mag barrel and an interchangeable 30-06 barrel (15"). That Thompson with the 30-06 barrel on it has to be the funnest gun I have ever shot. Kicks like a mule and scares the shit out of most folks but a blast to shoot.

It was the PT111 compact. I will never own another thing Taurus after that piece of junk.

Ive got a buddy with a Para Slimhawg 1911 .45 for sale... for around $750....

    My other choice is probably a XD-M 9mm 5.25' barrel Comp....$650ish

Gun is mainly going to be a range gun, and possible carry.

Ive only shot the 1911...and I shot well with it, being my only first time shooting a gun EVER...
Was first time ever shooting a gun, at roughly 25ft outdoor range.

I think I saw that one the other day but when I tried clicking it, my computer wasn't loading fast enough so I got impatient and forgot about it. Hopefully it gets put back up if it wasn't a scam

Just found out about this site... might help you guys looking for guns

    http://www.armslist.com/

basically the craigslist of guns seems a little more reliable though than C.L.

anyone in the area have or know where I can find an undercover tonneau cover 6ft reasonably priced. Been searching seen few locals had one for sale few months back. Those that did/ or still have that cover, have any pros/cons of the brand. Want something lockable, waterproof, for storage during fishing trips. Anyone interested in future weekday fishing trip at lake kincaid(prefered) or eastfork(tolerable).
