Sorry to hear this Chris. I truly hope things get better for her and they figure out what is going on. My girlfriend is going through a bunch of stuff right now as well and we have been in and out of doctors offices, hospitals, etc. for the last few months. It definitely isn't easy not having control of the situation and not knowing wtf is going on.

Keep a positive mind and be there for her. Hopefully things turn around.

well guys.... i just did something I never thought i would do..... just bought a ring today. hasn't been long since Ashley and I started dating but the feeling and everything are definitely there and very strong. We both have been talking about getting married and are both very much wanting to do it. I was able to "sneak" away from the house for a bit today. Wasn't even planning on going to a jewelers but some how my happy ass ended up in one. I definitely had the deer in the headlights look when I walked in and said "im looking for an engagement ring".

Time to turn another page in life! :D

    WOW... thanks guys.

Great news !! She came home today !! Doctor let her out of there with normal activities. Has almost Zero pain in her chest. The tests all came back fine.

They said its some fluid around her heart and lungs, that are causing pressure, and i guess finally the meds started draining it.

I really appreciate it everyone !! We were getting a little scared, cause they were basically just "guessing" at things at this point.

Didn't see this either!!! Congrats!!! Did she you end up going for it?

Installed some undewater lights on my boat, new amp/sub/speakers, and dual batteries with a switch. All went well for about the first 10 min of boating Saturday until my alternator took a crap. Now I'm having issues with trying to upgrade my current 65 AMP alternator to a 90 AMP alternator. BOAT=Bust out another thousand. I'm about at my breaking point with the thing. Had I know the stereo would have caused so many issued I would have never had it installed.

Whats new with everyone else? My truck is running great, have about 95k on it now and the more I look at what else is out there the more I like what I have got.

STAY STRONG, DONT DO IT!!! LOL

I had two different 300ZX TT's a 91 and a 93. They are a pain in the butt to work on. There is nothing cheap on them either. On a good note there are a few local to Cincinnati Z guys that do good work on them. Ramey is one of them you can find him on the Z forums.

    thanks man!
thanks! I went for it! It is sitting in my safe right now. I was supposed to have it before i went to TN last week but they didnt get the diamonds switched out soon enough. Gotta come up with another vacation. Lol

That sucks about the boat! I knew you had issues with the alternator but not that bad! Good luck with that. Hopefully it doesnt kill your wallet too bad.

I almost bit the bullet the other day and traded in on a taco..... until i looked under the thing and saw way too much rust for my liking. Back to the search i guess! This previous trip i went on to TN made me want a truck in the worst way. The little mazda struggled and was a pita to pack for me (not much) and the gf and 4 yr old.... thats where i got in trouble... add 5 bags for them! Lol

Im constantly fighting over the temp in the car with Ashley. Lol shes always cold and im always on fire. I definitley dont need anything that big though

Thanks! I am on all the GTO forums and on LS1 tech. The bearings in the drive shaft are terrible. One piece is the way to go. Once I get a good tune on her I am going to start replacing all the bushings on her. It already has long tube headers x pipe, cat back and intake. The Tundra does not fit in the garage lol!

Thanks! If you like the tail of the dragon you should try auto crossing and road racing. There was a track day at mid Ohio not to long ago. You will not get into any trouble with the law on a track!

Here is a video of my buddy in his C6 vette running there.

I loved the Z but after working on it I will never own another!
