Update: Went down to the farm today cut some trees down for the trail that I'm in the process of making. Didn't want to take my truck on it as I was the only one down there and wouldn't have wanted to get stuck. The only way to do this trail is if the ground is dry (wasnt today). Here are some pictures. Sorry about the quality I got half way there and realized I forgot my good camera, so I had to use my blackberry.

cool, looks awesome. for shooting i will bring a few boxes of clay pigeons and my hand thrower for the shotguns. then for the handguns i will bring some paper targets but for mounting them, is there a spot where we could nail 2 boards to 2 trees or do you want me to make a stand of some sort?

Yeah it was fun, but I was nervouse a few times because the ground was so wet. I wasn't able to make it thru that creek, my hitch was digging in pretty bad and I almost ripped the trailers light mount off my hitch. I realy need a lift! I'm glad you mentioned the thrower, I dont have one but if you bring yours Ill just buy a bunch of clay pigeons. I'm sure we could figure something out. As you can see there are alot of trees so that just gives us another reason to drive around and find one to nail the boards against.

I used to live in NKY, there used to be some great mud/access road areas in the Visalia area right down on licking river (off of 536). Back when I had my 4runner, I would hit them often. Haven't lived there for 5 years though...

I also used to like the Petersburg area, there were great steep access roads that I used to frequent for fun.

Thats fine with me. There really isn't to many trails down there. I am in the process of making a new one so I wouldn't want anyone to get to disappointed that there aren't a bunch of trails.

Dont get me wrong the place is alot of fun. You can fish, shoot guns, drive around in the fields, let the dogs run, be stupid. I just dont want people to think there are acres and acres of trails.

oh yeah no worries, i am by no means a hardcore trail guy, nor is my buddy. I grew up in idaho and did undergrad in utah so getting off the tarmac like boosted17 said will be just fine. There is a terrible shortage of dirt roads around here!
