That heads over to Manassas Airport. Definate tresspassing bust if you get caught. I should know...

I need to get my rear shocks & AAL installed, but I don't have center pins or shocks yet. I may just show up to hang out & lend a hand. I do have a 3T floor jack & a pair of tall 6T jack stands I can bring if needed. I'd like to get a couple of y'all's input on my front end noises.

Ill come. Don't have anything else planned and Im currently out of work so Ill be able to stay and work/hang out as long as needed.

I can bring a set of tools and 2 jack stands. also whatever misc. stuff I throw in the truck.

I need to replace my cv axle and front brakes. I don't have the stuff right now to do it but if I do get em by then I'll bring it to work on if the chance comes up.

I have been lurking this thread and it seems I should be able to make it on Sunday.
Matt will hook me up with stock springs tonight and I am hoping to have them mounted to my uninstalled stock shocks...and maybe you good gentlemen can give me a hand on the install of the preloaded parts? Sorry everythign is stock...won't be as exciting at the lifts that are going in...

It sounds like we have tools covered? I have a ton of crap, and will grab what seems needed, any special requests? (no welder or plasma cutter)

Also, I will bring my laptop and newly accuired TechStream and maybe we can do some discovery...sounds like most of us don't have and nobody has offered to bring it yet...(so far i have only programmed transponder keys with it) but I hear it is capable of alot more....we shall see...

I will be in my newly acquired silver taco since my others have since been sold.

07SpeedwaySport also needs coilover install help but it's going to be super close if I have my bumper or not. Haven't received a call from Freight or a PM from Demello that it shipped. Hopefully I will, but if not, I can get some help from my brother and dad to install. Wiring up my lights is the only thing I'm worried about.

Not yet as far as I know. Unless he gets it today or tomorrow, not sure if they do Saturday delivery. Hell if we are all gonna be sitting around, I have a homelink device that I need to install somewhere to get rid of my garage door opener. I'll get you all to help me brainstorm on where to install it.

The lights are super easy. I did mine last weekend and can help with that if needed. Like I said though, it would probably be easiest to mount the lights to the bumper before assembly. I had to crawl up underneath to tighten the bolts and it wasnt very comfortable.

We could also drill out my broken antenna? If anyone has the tool for the nut, that would be awesome too...although I beat the whole assembly to shit by now...

I was planning on bringing mine too. I need to trim the back of my inner fenders where my tires rub at lock and going over bumps.

So....Im kind of am idiot..I had front struts, bought springs. Was hoping to get them put together as coil overs so I we could swap them out on Sunday. Turns out I forgot I don't have a spare set of strut mount plates...whoops.

Option1: buy a new set, like 50 bucks...but might not be in time unless NAPA has them.
Option2: take things apart at PinkTaco's and hitch a ride to a place that will slap them together for me? Anyone know anywhere near Gainesville?
Option3: maybe someone has a set laying around I could buy tomorrow?

try and find you a junkyard. They are relatively easy to pull off and you can do it quick and the junkyard will only charge you like 5 or 6 bucks.

And just an update, I was able to get my brake pads and cv axle yesterday at autozone so it is ready to be put in.

And who is bringing the beer?:drunk:

I would try napa or autozone. I wouldnt think it would cost too much. If you cant find them you could rent a spring compressor and we could swap them over at the meet.

    Sorry guys, I'm begging off.

Pretty sure I have the beginnings of a bad flu or possible pneumonia.

Either way, I'm not sharing what I have with y'all.

Well, I'll see you guys later. I'm probably only going to stay until around 1230 or so, going to see a movie with my dad and brother and then to the firehouse after that. We still starting around 1030?
