the wife and I came to that conclusion..... our train of thought: "you cant upgrade your space / acreage" and you never know how a NEW neighborhood will develop, and you cant upgrade your neighbors / neighborhood

there are tall ass garage openings so we can def fit there so we are out of the elements!

and there is a nice long driveway to park in!

Putting up on lift? Maybe i can do my oil change at the same time

Look up the Fumoto valve. It makes oil changes so much easier!

 

Talking about houses I'm looking to buy in Montana and found a house with a 20 x 44 garage for $165k. I can't wait to move haha

that's the beauty of this house I'm buying in WV.... it has a large 2 car garage with extra tall openings, the 4Runner (which is about 6' 8" tall) cleared with over a foot to spare. so it looks like the openings are 8ft.

and I have a large shed to keep all my "garage junk" in riding lawn mower, other lawn equipment, ladders, etc....

so the only thing that has to go in the garage is trucks and tools.

you hush. I can guarantee you have driven farther for food than the 35 minute drive to WV. haha

Yup! I see plenty potential! Especially once the wife finished nursing school, we'll be able to afford big renovations. I plan on keeping this next house.

dude for $165k... I would NEVER sell that house..... you can ALWAYS rent it out.... have someone else pay your mortgage for you.
