It woudnt surprise me if you could still fit in a 6'-8" garage. Granted I know Im about an inch lower, but I think I easily have about 6-7 inches before I would have to worry about hitting things.

 

That's why I got the nubby radio antenna. The factory antenna hit every garage ceiling in Arlington.

 

Unscrewing the antenna is super easy, and takes all of 10 second.

I've read the quick disconnects aren't machined the best, and have some slop. You're antenna would rattle around. At least that's what I've gathered from reading the reviews, and why I avoided it.

 

Which one of you drives a 2nd gen 5-11 Red, with Spyder like projector headlights (with the three light setup) one of the steel type off-road front bumpers and roof rack. Over in Dulles/sterling area?

Last day of work tomorrow. Been working in the same office (in different capacities) for over 5 1/2 years. It's going to be weird not coming to work here.

 

Flagpole was fun. Did not see a single vehicle the entire route.

 

I know what you mean. I hate changing jobs. My current job i hit 10 years last January.

 

I havent changed jobs in 5 years. But I might want to. Today the other guy is ok, but also because we havent spoken the whole day. Just the way i like it. TW all day

 

I may be looking soon too. Need to wait and see how things shake out with some stuff there first.

 

problem is, I dont have a security clearance. I would need to make the same or more than I currently do, to be motivated to move. If the job is far, I would definitely need to make more

 

If you are able to get a job that gives you a clearance, get it and dont quit unless you find another that will maintain your clearance. Also from what i have heard, it is much easier to "upgrade" a clearance than to go for the highest level from nothing. Around here clearances are very valuable.
