mine will likely be taking that ARE cover off and putting the Bestop on... after that, my stuff will go quick once @TacoCat and I start swapping parts (bumper, winch, lift, sliders, intake, skid)

and wheels and tires are sitting in my garage waiting for lift to go on....

you have enough to focus on ;)

then when you get back, we'll get to finish wiring everything on the truck.... Karen said we need to do a big ass cookout once we get to the new house

I need to finish up ordering the stuff for my cb.... I have the expensive part... the bed stiffeners and the cb... now I just need to order a spring, antenna, and cable

I ALSO need to order my CMC plates... where did you order yours from? It seems like everyone makes CMC plates....

    bedside decals?

are you really going to put both of them on??? hahaha dooo ittttttttt

    I'll help.

    I haz sensitive butt.

So now that I have a topper and will soon have an RTT, do I need to be doing these bed stiffeners? Are they really that prone to failure?

Decals might be apart of it...I got to test and measure before making that decision. No, I mean I am getting fiberglass bedsides for my rear end.

Its worth the investment for safety reasons if nothing else. Wheeling alone can cause unpredictable flex in the body with the amount of weight and forces from an elevated RTT. I don't expect someone to split in half, but unwanted stress cracks could occur given enough fatigue. This is not intended at you Jschona.

no worries, I got the bedside reinforcements and got rid of the cap. it wasn't to just stop the separation, but I also wanted more anchor points when I travel with stuff.

Until I got an RTT, more anchor points was the appeal to me as well. With the route I am going, the more reinforcement the better at this point.

    A thing or two...
I'm always ready for not being at work.

Me too. Even if it's just sitting on my ass relaxing at the house.

Need to finish my throttle body cleaning this week once I get a gasket that fits and replace my spark plugs. I called yesterday and my Demello bumper should be going out this week, so hopefully next weekend it will go on. I'm also in on the Baja Kits +2 LT gb, so I'm just waiting for word that it's ready to ship to pay the balance. Not sure if I am going to install it right away or wait until I order the rear, so I don't have to do multiple alignments.

I wouldn't think that getting an alignment for the rear would matter that much unless its some crazy set up. I didn't get an alignment after I got my rear installed which was put on about 4 months before my LT set up.
