255/85/16 are available. Check out Amazon or Simpletire.com. They are going to run about $234 each.

Nice man good luck finding them and yeah I stayed with stock rims for now as well. here is your rim info TRD Off-Road Wheels: 16x7, +32 mm offset, 5.25" backspacing, 6x5.5" bolt pattern just fyi you might wanna run a 1.25 spacer with the 255's but 285 you might have some rub and trim to do w/o spacer. It also depends on which UCA you got. 255 run cheaper too

Yeah I'm waiting on a full size spare from one of the guys here, who's name is slipping my mind at the moment. Anyone able to help jog my memory?

I believe it was a KM2 so not a matching tire but full size so that works fine by me. That said, if availability is going to be an issue with these ST Maxx's I wonder if it would be prudent to pick one up in case I fatally damage one and I am unable to complete the set.

Damn. One of the cars had no front end left, not sure where the engine went. Sounds like it may have went into the driver if there was a fatality.
    Mine are 17s.

I still have to order my antenna, spring, and coax cable... but I have a portable unit that will work in the meantime... especially since for our group, we'll only likely need a 100 yard range MAX

speaking of CB stuff.... I want to conduct a small poll:

what channel do you guys usually run for your CBs? a Coworker and I were having a debate and he said the "universal offroad" channel is 12.... I had never heard that.. I've always thought the offroader channel was 16 (since 4x4 = 16 ) and that's almost exclusively the channel I've always used / heard other groups on....

    thoughts???

I have no idea, but 16 sounds way cooler.

I have heard the 4x4 = 16 thing before but I usually just go with whatever everyone else runs In that area.
