They would always hand mine back after the stop, but they actually confiscated it? What was the reasoning to keeping it...wait unless you were the guy who pulled a weapon out to disarm that one traffic situation.

I've never had my ccw taken from me in a traffic stop. Just ask what it is/where it is and that's all.

In fact, I've been given a fairly lengthy lecture the one time I didn't have it with me. "The devil never announces his presence son"

no he handed it back after his supervisor showed up.

The initial officer demanded that I hand it over. As soon as he found out I had a firearm, another car showed up. My truck had OIF stickers on it, and I have and have had a VA CHP since 2011. He took 10 minutes to run the SN#. I didn't think I was going to get it back.

I didn't want to argue there, that's what the courtroom is for.

Wait, somebody pulled their gun to "disarm" a traffic situation?
    Was that Skygear?

I had to leave after the truck was filled the second time. Again, sorry about that.

so I stopped in Tractor Supply today.... Holy. Amazing. I've never been in there.... and I didnt want to leave. haha I picked up a Hi Lift Jack Mount.... but they have everything from tow straps, LED pods, Hi Lift stuff, to BB guns, riding lawn mowers, and nuts and bolts....

Yeah. I finally made my way out of bed and downstairs. It wasn't exactly pleasant, but no falling danger. I was carrying laundry down, so I was taking it slow as usual.

Haha. TS is the HF of hardware/farm supply stores. I don't think I've ever been in one, but there are other similar stores (the name escapes me right now) that I've been too. Definitely fun to wander through.

    Stock....ish
Tractor Supply is awesome! That's the only place I used to get my dog food. $30 for a 40lb bag of food. Got my welding cart there too. I wish they had them out here in MT but they have other stores that are just as awesome.
