Question for you guys. I'm thinking about getting some 16" SCS F5s. I have a stock OR suspension and not looking to upgrade anytime soon. Which backspacing should I get for my setup? 3.5 or 4.5?

Went to Home Depot expecting to pay $300 for a new toolbox. Found a scratched one and asked for a discount. Just like @IPNPULZ They helped me out! And another friend got me the military discount too! And it all fit on my bedslide!
    Woohoo!

lol I've jiggled, beat, pried, pushed and pounded.....

that tool box looks like a cheerleader on prom night....

but damn if it still wont open.

I'm sure sticking the sawzall in and cutting the lock rod will do it... it'll just be a meticulous job to make sure I dont fuck anything else up

Shouldnt be too long to store em, thanks! Ill keep you posted. Ill prob be putting them up in the for sale section soon, and once they are off the truck i hope to have a buyer.
Its fairly easy. Just gotta work em around and eventually theyll come out. Keep the bottom bolt out though, you wont be able to get at it.
3.5 is probably gonna stick out pretty far. What offset? Mine are 0mm offset and 4.5bs. dont stick out far at all. Stock is, what, 5.5?
You get around faster than a dollar hooker on 50 cent night. Thought you were gonna take the truck apart pre mod day? Now youre gonna need it. And dont get a prius. Ill be forced to laugh at you. If you get anything hybrid, get an insight or a civic, hell even accords have hybrids now.

haha I have a $4,000 budget.... so it's going to have to be cheap...and I plan on buying it's replacement probably over the holiday weekend.... so I'll likely still have a vehicle to drive and take the Tacoma apart... but if I dont, we'll just have to work around it.

    A thing or two...
No worries. I went ahead and ordered #12 stainless hardware last night after taking measurements and looking up sizes. I also ordered some hardware for the TredPro mounts I'm building.

 I'll most likey roll up closer to 0900 being it's around a 2.5 hr drive for me.

I badly want that Prinsu, but I'm broke AF right now from buying suspension stuff and still need to buy more.

    Go with the 4.5" backspacing.
