Thanks to DOUBLLD we were able to wire up my dual batteries, chop my exhaust, and plan out some other "electrical" projects.

The dual Optima red tops are controlled through the Painless Performance 40103 Waterproof 250 Amp Dual Battery kit. I ran this kit in my FZJ80 and loved the simplicity of the design and basically duplicated it in the Tacoma.

I used the Columbia Overland dual battery tray to hold the Optimas. The tray was easy to install and makes for a really clean installation.

We also chopped my exhaust right past the muffler so that the exhaust pipe is not hanging lower than the high-clearance rear bumper. Gone is the low hanging exhaust visible in the picture below.

I also picked up the infamous DOUBLLD y-pipe creation that he had sitting in his shop. All in all it was a good few hours of work and definitely enjoyed hanging out with DOUBLLD.

Up next for installation is the supercharger, ARB front air locker, ARB compressor, auxiliary fuse panel (to power all the extra stuff), some Hella lights, Helton heat exchanger, and my Sureflo water pump.

    Cheers.

    - Mark

Hey guys, I'm back, and down for the wing factory.

I was there yesterday actually. A beggar came in with an index card reading something like "Help I have 2 kids and lost my job... something... please help me". Then he got mad when I ask the waitress to bring me a job application for this guy. Just trying to help!

I like to ask them WHY they are in the position they are in. I offer food to them frequently, but never money.

Good man. I would have illuded to an app especially if someone comes into a place of business, and bothered me there. Even worse if I am actually eating.

Yeah, and you know my wife, her stay was not very enjoyable after that. But the wings were good!

Thursday it is then! I completely forgot about that. I'll probably be there early to secure a table and begin feasting.

Also, Frogsauce, I had the same guy come up to me at the Panera in Centreville. I thought he was trying to rob my mom and I because of how quiet he was and I almost pulled on him. Luckily it was just the card and I notified management who removed him. I don't think businesses like people begging in their stores.

They c0me up to me in the grocery stores. Most of the stores have the already purchased bags of food for the less than fortunate. They get upset when I point them in the direction of those at the end of the registers.
