Ok...my saturdays are all shot till November. Maybe we will just have to put it off till then. I guess the plus side to that would be we could plan a group run/camp trip.

@fatfurious2 I swear dude all I ever hear about is your truck from my boy...its always "you gonna do this or you gonna do that to look like David's truck?" He makes me keep him up to date on anything you do to your truck. Tonight I was talking to the wife about setting up a trip to Bald Mt with @Cody23 and you guys whoever wants to join and camping. He was sitting there taking it all in and said "oh, is David coming I wanna see his truck since he got rid of the bed rack." I informed him that you were already getting ready to sell the topper and looking for another bed rack. He was like, "what, already!" Then I told him you had just put a supercharger on your truck, he said " is that the thing that roars?" he was talking about a CAI. I explained to him what it was and I got the question I really didn't want to hear. Well when are you going to get one dad? I then had to explain to him that dad doesn't have 5 grand sitting around to get one and I am not going into debt for it. He then replied with, "well how did David afford it, is he rich?" I then explained that you got it used and your single and don't have to worry about raising expensive kids like his dear old dad. Anyhow sorry for the long windedness, I just thought it was a funny little story you might get a kick out of.

Anyone here gotten the Ceramic Pro done on there truck. I got quoted $2k for the gold package on the exterior paint/windows/rims/interior, was wondering if anyone scored a better deal or knew a good place here in NoVA before I pulled the trigger on it. Any insight would be appreciated!

Good. It looks like the wheels made it to you.

That's funny. I bet he'd think twice about suggesting mods if you start funding them with his allowance.

That's a bit steep for a truck IMO. If you had a sports car or something I could see the value in getting it done, but it's ok if your truck gets a little natural pinstriping. ;)

Where are you guys getting your 33" tires balanced? I used VA Tire & Auto last time and they seem to be completely staffed by morons and will not be giving them any more business.

Agreed. If I was going to do something like that, I'd just do the paint (maaaaaybe the windows). No point doing the rims if you're going to off-road at all, as it wouldn't save you from rock damage. Interior would be personal choice. I'm not hauling around kids, so it isn't something I have to really worry about.

Morning. I think you mean work is distracting you from TW. :humble:

My truck is a Pro and my truck stays outside 24/7 work and home so the giving the Ceramic treatment to the exterior is big as my truck has picked up a lot of gunk on it for just having it a bit over a month. Interior is also nice just to protect the leather and the scratchable panels. Rims I can probably justify not doing.

I was just hoping someone knew of a better deal.

Mine has lived it's whole life outside as well. You're probably just going to have to call around to shops to see if there's a better deal to be had.
