I have lights all over the place and never had a problem other than my 3rd brake light wasn't visible for state inspection. NOVA cops must be dicks. In all fairness I rarely drive around highly populated areas so I may just have been lucky.

Ilubelectronics my air compressor wiring is also my backfeed for the solar panel on my roof. Fuses on both ends. Sounds goofy but that shit works !!

 

Like a red light that a volunteer firefighter might have on his personal vehicle.

I didn't have any problems, until inspection... I took it in (early to avoid the lines) and he told me he'd have to fail it if they weren't covered cause "they" were up his ass checking. Since I had time, I got covers, and just leave them on. No potential issues.

 

They failed me for the same thing
