For anyone who enjoys interesting beer, #NotRandy, and lives near or willing to drive to Fauquier, Powers Farm Brewery is tapping their Honeysuckle Saison fermented in red wine and apple brandy barrels on Saturday. This place has become my favorite brewery. Usually has something new on tap every week and it is rare that I find something I don't like. Husband and wife team own/brews/manages the farm and brewery and brews with local ingredients, much they grow themselves. I like good beer and supporting local folks, not mega-corp beer producers.

I will be there Saturday night if anyone wants to give them a shot.

Hello all... I am new to the area (from Charleston, SC) and live in Haymarket - off of Mountain Road in the Bull Run "Mountains." I moved up from SC to Haymarket September of last year. I currently own a 2012 2WD Silverado that I brought up from SC. I will be trading that in September when I get back to the area for a Tacoma... leaning towards 2018 TRD OR but if I find a decent deal on a '16 or '17 I'll go used but looking at the local market, the '16's and '17's available are only a few grand less than new. I have never bought brand new because of the instant depreciation but that doesn't seem to be a factor with the Tacoma.

Again, I'll be coming from a Silverado and I have never owned a Taco but reading on here, I am totally looking forward to it. I dont require a full size truck anymore since I am no longer towing a 24' boat like I was in Charleston, but I still need a truck for house/yard work. I think with lay of the land, my commute when home, traffic, going into DC, parking, etc the Taco seems to be a perfect fit for me. Main factor for me is getting 4WD... I live off of private road that has a pretty steep incline and my personal driveway has a decent incline as well... the 5" snow storm in March and I was stuck in my driveway until it melted with BFG Ko2's and 500lbs in the bed... Lucked out this past winter with not having any big storms - that I was the only time I got stuck, but once was enough..

I'll post pics of whatever I buy when I get a Taco in a few months - I am currently overseas and return in September. I look forward to with all the recommendations on here and meeting some new people.
