it doesnt offer enough height... I want between 2.5" - 3" of lift and these only offer 2"-2.25"

yea, I'm leaning more towards the Toytecs w/ 620lb

Kings are not that much more than what you are building.. price it out. Kings are way cheaper, but better customer service than Icons.. just saying

Fun fact. The 888s are 405mm long. The 886 are 402mm long. And for reference the 887 are 400mm long. IMO 886 would handle the weight better and that 3mm difference would be pretty minimal, if any difference since they wouldn't sag due to being stiffer. Worst case scenario toss a 1/4" spacer on top of each side.

I was reading back through my old build thread and looking at notes / pics from my old build on my computer and I dropped less than 1/4" with stock suspension after putting the bumper / winch on my 3rd gen

I never recall having any issues w/ the 888s on my old setup, I'm just looking to see if I can fine tune my suspension for the same cost haha

Apparently stock coils on third gens are 717lb coils according to toytec, so that would make sense that it would hardly sag.

Yeah I had no idea either. I still have a hard time believing it, but I also have no reason not to believe a reputable manufacturer
