For those of you with 3rd gens

 

Nice! Highly recommended for all you 3rd Gen folks...I snagged a set of seconds from him a few months back and they are sweet!

 

Man my Friday morning consisted with me being on the phone with Chase disputing the pelfreybilt charge.

Good news is they are crediting my account.

Pelfreybilt has 30 days to deal with them and answer their calls.

Really wanted that dual swing out but oh well.

 

makes me alittle sad they had some badass stuff.

Glad your bank stepped up. So what happens if Pelfrey ignores the bank?

 

It rules in my favor.

They have to prove that they are going to provide a product, if they do not answer, it proves my case.

So my bank will give me the money up front, and now it takes 30 days to close out. After that I'm good

Since it sounds like Pelfrey is completely out of money, despite taking money from customers and never providing a product, how does the bank get their money in that case? Maybe some kind of bankruptcy write-off.

 

Depends. But that's between chase and pelfreybilt. If Chase has a lot of disputes for the same company...they may be inclined to settle all of them at the same time.

 

T-shirts. Beer would be more fun though.

 

Bankruptcy court will sell off thier assets and then creditors get paid in order. Secured creditors get thier stuff, unsecured creditors, then probably banks trying to recover credit card purchases. But they have insurance for that.
