I heard Navy Federal was giving interest free loans to people impacted by the shutdown .I haven't confirmed that but it might be something you look into.

Damn man, I definitely would but I’m balls to the wall working on a house I’m supposed to move into in March. I work about 2 miles from Green Top. It’s dangerous. F8C9B756-EE5C-4977-A688-7C5633582653.jpg

That is true Its capped at 6k. sounds like a lot but if this shut down last thats less than 3 pay checks. Right now I have some temporary help. trying to avoid taking out a loan.

Or you can use the big paycheck you receive once you are reimbursed for the furloughed time to buy a bunch of truck parts at once  :crapstorm:

I got to see it but not being installed or anything. It's a nice piece of equipment but looks like it'd be a royal pain in the dick to cut off the stock cab mount without a plasma cutter, especially third gens.

I looked at those online (not in person), and eventually came to the conclusion that, while it is awesome, the cost was not justified if a $20 (now, for a limited time, $13) piece of equipment would achieve a substantially similar and equally effective result.

Taking the subie in for her 24k maintenance. She's actually at 25 now, but close enough for govt work
Funny thing about that statement. If I went private sector, I could make much more at what I do.

Yeah I'd really only consider that for 35s and even then, you could get away without it.

No worries brother. We all have stuff to do. I’m sure we will meet up one day for a cold one.

That was my thought. I could see where it would be helpful but it would be overkill for what I have and am moving towards.

    Bilstein 5100 rear shocks
Wheeler Off Road 2” add a leaf
