Because it seems like a nice car and the way it's written, the owner seems articulate and honest.

Wife has a 2002 Civic 5 speed with 78k miles on it... needs a battery and bath, but runs perfect. It was her commuter car before she sold her truck for her current car. Needs to pass inspection and be registered before it can be sold though. She let that lapse since she no longer drives it, but it's costing me insurance money just sitting in my driveway not being utilized.

Thats about what it was when i commuted to Fredericksburg everyday, there was sometjing about the long drive that was very relaxing for me though.
Now its 15 miles takes an hour, thats what i hate.

Yea man, definitely. Ill prob try and pick one up. I had an 05 and an 06. The 06 i had up to 418hp to the wheels. She was so clean.

 

If it's a button head, like others said just cut a notch in it and try a flathead, or a pair of vice grips on the head. If it's really bad, I have a decent extractor set that's worked well for me in the past. I can take a look at it.

 

Stick ok? I bought a used 06 Mazda 3 hatchback as a commuter car several years when I learned I was getting a transfer and losing my company car. Runs good, could probably use a new battery. Has some body rust developing at the rear wheel wells on both sides. I would let it go cheap if you are interested in it. Somewhere around 158,000 miles IIRC. We bought a hybrid that my wife and I share for commuting so I don't drive the Mazda anymore, so I can't remember the exact mileage.

 

If Adam isn't interested in this I might be. Looking for something for my son.

That is a good deal, but...is it just me or are craigslist posts getting worse? Some of the grammar and methods of getting info across seem pretty sketchy. Just saying.

 

It said "selling due to old age" so maybe the person is just old AF? And doesn't know what caps lock is.
