TBS side correct? Take it it's before security? I work for a gov't contractor so I can get on base, but thinking of others.

I got informed by a friend today that there is a construction area off of Courthouse road in Stafford that has some decent off roading. Said the project got shutdown/canceled. Probably nothing fancy of course, think it's just a nice dirt road that can get pretty muddy after rain. She said she saw a 350 stuck there when she went haha. Plan on going to check it out after I get back from vacation.

Definitely! If you have never been to Capital Ale House it's pretty good, and something like 100 beers on tap plus good food at decent prices. Then you guys can tell me what I NEED to do to my truck, vice what I SHOULD do to my truck. Took it to Rosner Toyota yesterday and the leaf springs are a couple of months on back-order, so I'll be waiting on that. I heard there was something about polyurethane suspension replacement pieces because the stock ones just disintegrate over time.

As someone who just got my leaf springs replaced by Toyota, I'm already in search of a new pack. It squeaks like crazy and sits almost flat after just 8 weeks. If you have to wait a couple months, it might be worth it to just upgrade leaf packs to an after market option

I just did mine by myself this past weekend(minus the UCAs). Its a pretty straight forward install. No need have the fronts pre-assembled either. I'd be willing to help as well if you go the DIY route.
You can also contact DOUBLLD. He does installs for a reasonable price.

There is a Bilstein 5100 kit available on Amazon for $1050 with the fronts assembled, and free shipping. I was looking at going with that one, but never done anything like that so wasn't sure if it was something I could tackle. If you do a DIY install, maybe we can all pitch in and help (and learn how) to do this.

The price is the same over at headstrong, but adding the LR UCAs and rear leaf springs bumps the price up.

Anyone not going to Raush this weekend? I'm helping some friends move Sunday and going to the gun show sometime this weekend but thinking about hitting up Pete's Mill Saturday morning. Anyone interested?

Me and @fatfurious2 are planning on going to Peters Mill on 8/9 for a day trip if anyone is interested. Probably be there sometime around 8-9? I'll probably need to leave by 3-ish most likely since I have FD shift at 6 and I want to beat most of the traffic.

I'll be bringing my truck and dirt bike. We could all meet at Little Fort Campground at the north end of the trailhead if that's easiest. I'll be buying permits from the Fort Valley Country Store off Fort Valley Road on the way in.

You know the hype and fear has not really set in yet from what I have seen.

They just had a Nations gun show 30 days before on the weekend of the Orlando shooting and there was no one there...

Yes, same combined permit for Peters Mill and Taskers Gap.

$5 daily, $12 for 3-day pass, $30 for annual. They're sold through mail through Park Service or at a bunch of the convenience stores nearby to the trails.
