There is a grommet under the driver seat. Just poke a hole in it and slip the cable through. When you get everything adjusted where you want it you can deal with a dab of scillicone. It’s not really necessary though

I drilled a hole in the bed wall and put a grommet in it (ran through the tailgate gap like everyone else). Retained with a bolt on retainer doo-hickey, then ran it down through above the fender liner and down to the frame.

 

Not yet but I'm going to be doing it. I know there are a few spots where there is pad through for wiring just not 100% where.

 

So, my neighbor had an unfortunate electrical/ h2o incident and his t4r is toast, but I will be acquiring his superwinch ts 9500 synthetic line next weekend.
Any planned mod days in the near future?

 

Theres the "nicks truck needs a 6 point cage" mod day coming up, just waiting for more volunteers.

Ok y'all, Flagpole this weekend. @EatSleepTacos & I are planning on camping at Meadow Knob so that there is more available room. We hope to be there before dark on Friday, and I will be even earlier if work allows. Then hang at the lake Saturday. Who all is in?

MDM is a bit smaller than it’s been in recent years, but definitely worth the trip. There is plenty to check out, especially if you want some hands on time with Sig, FN, Glock, etc. They had 2 JLTVs on display...would love to see a civilian version of that should they ever make one.

 

Yeah it's been about 3 years since I've been, I'm moreso going to get a quick overview of some program stuff before I start this next project with them Oct 1. My system will be integrated to the JLTV in the coming years so need some time on the vehicle to understand the complications of integration.

 

I'm not headed down until Saturday morning. I'll just meet you guys at the lake and figure out stuff from there. Yous guys will probably be 'yaking (maybe in more that one way), so I may do some exploring.

 

That high knob fire tower is west on 33 from the lake they will be at (assuming Switzer lake) if you are looking for a hike. It’s the one @TaKoToy was talking about recently.
