I haven't been since high school when I hunted AP Hill with my dad. Never got into bow hunting back then, but I am much more interested in that now. I would just need to work on getting some equipment.

Just get out there before gun season! I’m always sketched out on the smaller plots of public land. But @BlazingBlueTaco, @Cody23 and @chiefcrunchy im always up for some hunting. We should get GWNF trip going. I owe @quis23 a trip, too. The hunting can be tough but the seclusion and time “unplugged” is worth the trip alone.

I used fixed because I tend to think that simpler is better. When Rage really became, wait for it..."all the rage" 10-12 years ago I gave them a try and had a couple that failed to open. But, since then they have improved a lot and I have a couple of hunting buddies who use them and love them, one of them being a guy who takes 10-12 deer a year with his bow. I am not so convinced that they are more accurate than a fixed broadhead but there is no denying their cutting diameter is much larger.

I also have the DL of a big kid, so I've always preferred the KISS method and not having to worry about FPS and proper blade deployment.

Hey guys! Bailey, the rep from @Baja Designs, is in town. We were talking about doing a meet-up and grabbing a beer one night. Also he's currently in Springfield, VA but looking for suggestions on places to camp with his dog. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
