Check out my build thread (Beginning of Money Pit)
Rob, your truck is small. What compressor are you using to fill your 35s?

Sht's usually spur of the moment for me. The one entrance is only about 25-30 minutes from the house and I go up that way every now and then. I'll be up there and just decide to ride up for a bit. I've never gone up for like a whole day well not in recent memory anyway we used to ride up there with the Jeep. Most of the hard stuff has been chained off after some bed accidents, like rolling down the mountain bad.

When we got to a junction there was a post with a cable laying on the ground. We went that way, the other way went to Ruth. A VDOT truck passed us going up hill. Going that way was a gravel road, the ridge line road is narrow for most of the way with few places to pass and posted most of the way. With stops to decide how to proceed and discuss recovery techniques, it took us 4 hours.

Two groups have very similar names.

They had fixed the bad ruts last time I was up. Some guy had a 20 foot camper up by that camp spot by the stream with the BIG rock

:rofl:I was wondering who that was  I'm using a single viar constant duty. It's slow on the 35s. I'm thinking of a arb dual but @EatSleepTacos says it's slow as well. CO2 may be the answer

Again it’s not slow but I just want it to be fast AF. I never timed my 295s but it was probably around 2:30 to fill a tire and now it’s 3:30. It’ll still blow any other compressor out of the water. Just can’t hold up to CO2, which is dumb fast. Downside is finding somewhere to hold the bottle and the cost of swapping tanks.

I’m not gonna try real hard to sell it and if it doesn’t, I won’t be sad. What I’ll likely do is just make a Y of air hose so I can fill two tires at once, taking 7 minutes. Set a timer on my phone and go do other things like break down camp.

If you get a air tank (rather than CO2) then you can get a train horn like me.....I still need to install that beast...

Or run an air horn off of co2. Can you imagine how loud that’d be? That sheer volume of air flying through at 350psi.

    Not a bad idea
Best (worst?) part is I ordered a 4 count strip meal. They gave me an extra box of 4 strips. Soooo I ate 7 strips before I tapped out and now I wanna die.
