David you doing the bumper tomorrow? I wont be able to make it. I don't get off till 4 and by the time I got to ashburn it would be after 5. By then all the fun will be over I would expect.

Orrrrrrrr I could just leave early....

Took the truck on the beach up to the NC/VA border this past weekend in OBX. Found a decent off road trail that had some big puddles on our way up. Friend's dad broke in his less than a month old brand new F150. Unfortunately I didn't have my go pro and didn't get pics of the trail.. :( But we did see a guy catch a decent size shark.

They look nice in the pictures, but also have a nice size price tag from what I remember.

Nothing, it did great on the trails. By "broke in" I meant that he got it dirty and such.

Maybe if he has these in another week or so I will scoop them up. I doubt they will last that long though. I just bought new SR5 leaf springs, rear shocks and front struts from another member earlier this year for $150. At the time I was planning on keeping it stock...

I am also not convinced that the OR shocks are that much of a better ride, or more capable than the SR5 shocks. It seems like a lot of marketing hype to me. At least neither of them ride as nice as "aftermarket" shocks.

Thanks! I've never lifted my truck before but this one will likely be a must.

It's only supposed to be a 1" lift in the front though. Don't most lift it higher?
