I have my truck on Craigslist now. I didn't pay anything to post it for sale.

 

They don't, you just meet with the person and they give you cash. Like our transaction the other day

 

ok just confusing in their terms

 

says you authorize them to charge your account for fees payable in us dollars and tax idk

 

No charge. Ive bought almost all of my cars there, and all of my bikes. And my toolbox, and some furniture, and a bicycle, and more! Found my Truck there too.

 

Dude, sounds like a scam. Never been asked anything like that before by craigslist. Make sure you're on the right site...

If it says credit, or pay someone in Africa to hold it, or give it to their brother, or pay more, then you ship somewhere... Its a scam!

 

i'm on craig's list va went through the add just fine until the end where they ask you to read and agree to their terms of agreement in which they say they can charge your account for fees

 

You can open an account. Or not. There is no charge ever. And if there is, its a scam. Gotta be weary of the things that ask you to pay

 

they never asked for any payment i went to cl va went to charlottesville clicked on post at the top, went through putting together the add, it sent me an email with the terms of agreement in it to read through and either sign or decline, in those terms is the statement above saying they can charge your account for fees

 

Oh. I just accept. Ive never had to enter my cc number.

no i didn't either i think i figured out some commercial adds are charged they have a list of charged adds and for them i guess you'd have to have an account. placed add in c'ville probably ought to do f'burg also
