I had to wait hours for him to even post the announcement over there.

At least someone will be there. He'll probably be wheeling his fresh truck.

    :D

    He does. :humble:

    He did........:pout:

Not my kid. Just stole it off the internet. I'd never dress up my kids like that. Thought it would be Randy's future avatar

Sorry for delayed reply. I was under quarantine. I got the funk from my ex. She picked it up at work, her coworker that sits next to her tested positive for it but not before sharing the germs. I was sick for a little over 2 weeks. Coughed a lot. No fever, only other symptom I had was severe tightness in my chest. It hurt like nothing I ever felt before. I've been all cleared up for a while now. Hopefully blood full of antibodies too so I don't catch it again. They have us doing max telework, which I am really struggling with. Right now I am going in to the office every other thurs and fri, so two days per PP. Which isn't nearly enough time to get what I need done.

The subie is doing great. Still loving her. She's developed an annoying little squeak when starting from a stop. Dealer "unable to replicate" blah blah. But whatever. She mostly sits parked in the driveway for now. I guess it helps keep the miles down though. I've been putting close to 20k/yr on her the last two years, so she deserves a break. And I finally got my plates. I've been stalking the DMV for YEARS waiting for these to come available. A few weeks ago while checking, they finally were.
    IMG_20200513_143546.jpg
Hopefully everyone is doing well and staying healthy. Don't catch this crap. It sucks. I can definitely see how it could rapidly progress to not being able to breathe. Luckily that didn't happen for me though.

Damn man. Sorry to hear about you catching the funk. Glad you're over it though.

That sounds like a PITA on the work front. We're busier than ever here and telework isn't an option. I've been putting is 50+ hr weeks and working what should be days off for about the last month.

I'm just over 57k in the WRX now. I've been getting a noise that sounds like rocks tumbling when I take off slow from a stop, but if I take off faster I don't here it. I haven't taken it to the dealership because the dealer is 2 hrs away which isn't convenient. If I can remember, I'll try to have it looked at and get the manifold recall done when I'm in Little Rock next month.

That sucks you are so far away for any recall work that needs done. That is one good thing about this overpopulated area, lots of stuff within short distance. Hopefully nothing major on the noise. I had something like that once, but turned out a rock had gotten stuck between the brake shield and rotor. I could see the clean spot where it had ground down and eventually gone away.

I'm guessing that it is related to the throw out bearing. It's been replaced twice and was making noise again within 1k miles of the last replacement.

Hey all - Hope you all are doing well. Had to step away for a bit, had a lot going on. I know I missed a few tags and messages so apologies.

Congrats @EatSleepTacos on the baby - You and your lovely wife will make great parents.

Congrats to @ilubtimmyhos for his badass house and bar

    Fuck off @Darkgoatracer

    I miss your face @3pooches

    @ready6delta you suck

@Rome604 - Can't even make a joke - My wife and son appreciate your help and the little care package you sent.

    My updates:

Thankfully my immediately family has been RONA free. One of my best friends lost his brother to RONA couple weeks ago. He is doing well all things considered.

We bought a house and will be moving next month to the Manassas area.

I started a new Job which has consumed my time (Thankfully telework was in place and it wasn't a hard transition)

No new mods yet until we are all moved.
