So I'm continuing the going back to stock unbuild tomorrow. Heres your chance to grab spc upper control arms, sway away 2.5 coilovers, some 8" limit straps and some stock lower control arms. Pm me if interested.

Yea dude. I'll end up with a more capable 4wd than I would have stock.

So I have been getting a rubbing almost grinding sound since upgrading the leaf springs. Its most pronounced at low speeds and loudest while moving without using the accelerator.
I have poly bushings in the leaf eye/shackles, but left the rear OE shackle bushing.

I torqued the poly bushings up on the lift, did the OE rubber once truck was on the ground.

I know running the 2.5" lift with the stock OR shock has risks, but didn't know if I should lift and loosen the poly bushing bolts and retorque all of them once truck is on the tires.

Guys... Rear shocks. Once removed, there isn't a washer permanently mounted under the rear upper mount, right? Should be just the metal tab. I've already fixed the rust. Washer that was on there was rusted to it and I pounded it off so I don't think it stays upon replacement. Which means I need to un eff the other side. Ha ha

Looks like OE didn't have a washer above the bushing on the rusty underside pic you posted. Just going off lowrange offroad video I used for installing my leaf springs.

Ah, there was and that's what I took off. Just trying to determine if it goes back in when moving to Bilstein.

I’ve had good luck with a salvage yard down in Prince William. My brother in-laws work with them on a weekly basis and I have sourced parts from them. I’ll reach out Monday.
