The painter at our shop is looking to sell his 2007 Land Cruiser soon 130k miles, blue, 6 spd manual. His wife wants him to get a Tacoma

 

I don't think I've had a 0930 happy hour since I was in the Corp!

 

I may be in. Will try for the time off when I get back to work tonight. I have a couple guys at work who have trucks as well that expressed interest. Stock Taco (maybe 2) and new Ranger. We'll probably do waht did last time, up the trail and out the easy way. I'll text or PM with you to confirm.

The only aspect of a weather forecast for 8-10 days from now I have any faith in is the date. Yes. Next Friday is June 12.

 

I always monitor weather for camping trips 10 days out, and check daily. It's enough to give me a rough guesstimate, and WUG is usually pretty good.

 

Oh, I check the weather. I just have little faith in it. WUG let me down the last two weekends for Suffolk. Great on days it was supposed to be shitty so I didn't go and shitty on the day I went it said it would be great the night before.

 

Unfortunately it's short lived, but dark sky has been pretty nifty weather app (not saying I'd put my life on the line for a weather forecast), but will be exclusive to apple next month I believe.

I use WUG, but after IBM bought them out it lost some key features, which more recently have come back I've notice. I always figure checking 10 days>helps with certain gear or sleeping options...mostly for temperature, but also weather wise.

 

Just stack the new mud on the old mud. It won't mind.

 

Man, I wanna go on the 13th. Still haven't washed my truck from the last adventure, but it's not looking promising.

The bubble in my eye still hasn't gone completely and the truck is still riding on the field repair. Sucky.

 

BUT its a damn good field repair. Still driving smooth?

 

Oh yeah. I haven't driven it very much because of my eyeball. But I drove it yesterday for a bit and it's still perfect. You guys are da bomb!
