    the Forest service shuts the gates the first few days of January, then it usually reopens at the end of March start of April, pending on how wet the winter has been.

    as for me going.... I highly doubt it unless I can find one of the pansies that I work with to take my on call for me.

    Made it 7 days without starting/moving the truck. One night even ran a 12v heated blanket I sent my son out to get because I am a pussy and 35f is cold AF on my old bones in a tent. Few more days at the in-laws house with the panels back in the stowed position. Fridge never shut off due to low voltage. Winner, winner. Chicken dinner.

    Hey all! I just ordered up some Bud Built Sliders and Skids. Have some good Army infantryman down there helping bud out and have had some really great conversations with them. I've been doing some research on here and the big take away for me is that:
    1-TRD Pro suspension (front) cannot be adjusted or shimmed (you can, but there are some issues that come with that)
    2-OEM tires don't last long (I'm told by my nephew that they're designed to only last 20k or something low to save on cost)
    3-Going 90 MPH on the hot lanes is way easy to do and the police don't seem to care!

    Still undecided on new rim and tires or just tires (Ridge Grapplers are 1st w KO2s 2nd).
