I actually have some BAMF plates that were never used if you want to grab them for $15.

 

The plates between 2nd and 3rd gens are slightly different.

Every day we get closer to shitbox. I do have paint and seam sealer to make sure she doesn't leak or rust

 

I love ruining perfectly good vehicles!

 

That seam sticks out like 2-3" into the wheel well, so should have plenty of room for activities now.

I'm aware the bushings will inevitably flex in high stress scenarios pushing the wheel backwards in the wheel well, but I just want to milk the joke





Also might have gone a tad overkill with the hammering, as there is now sooooo much room for activities. I'm glad I did it though, because they were already partially bent in from the tire self clearancing

 

@Mojo Jojo do you need a large cabinet for your new garage? Or was it someone else that was building a garage? Im trying to sell this large storage cabinet. It was slightly damaged in shipping, but still functions fine. The door is a little sticky - looks perfect on the outside. Big and heavy 33x28x14. Everything needed to mount on the wall is included. I believe the key as well for the door. Looking for $100

 

If Mark doesn't need it, I might be interested.

So…. I have a wet passenger rear floorboard. Yay for me. Couldn’t dig into it as the Wife is using the truck for the day and will not be home till dark. I thought the jeep was supposed to leak water (which it does a little every now and then), not the truck.

and yes, I do have the 3rd brake light recall, and the ceiling did not feel wet at all.

 

Anyone want some ready lift billet tie rods for a second gen? Theyre no longer made.

CMC “done”. Finally got around to putting on the bump stops I’ve had for a year-ish. Turns out my buddy worked at a tire shop in his youth and had all the equipment needed to break beads/swap TPMS/balance the tires … along with a plethora of other fun shop toys that make me want to get creative.

 

You should get some spacers for those bumps until you trim your fenders
